Even with no product and no Web site, you can get paid for what and who you know
11.23.07 (7:43 am)   [edit]
Making money online used to pretty much require you to have your own Web site, products to sell and some marketing savvy. But a new generation of dot-coms have arisen that will pay you for what you know and who you know without you having to be a web designer or a marketing genius. But it's hard to tell hype from the real deal. I did a search on "make money online" and "making money online", and much of the information out there is just promoting various infoproducts, mostly about Internet marketing. I see why people sometimes ask, "Is anyone making money online besides Internet marketing experts?" So I put together a list of business opportunities with legitimate companies that: Pay cash, not just points towards rewards or a chance to win money Don't require you to have your own Web domain or your own products Don't involve any hard-selling Aren't just promoting more Internet marketing Give a good return on your time investment In the interest of objectivity, none of the links below are affiliate links, and none of them have paid or provided any other consideration for their presence here. These are legitimate companies with business models that allow you to get paid for a wide range of activities.

Mid-season 2007 NFL Draft Rookie Report
11.23.07 (7:40 am)   [edit]
The Season is half over and it’s time to take a look at how the rookies are doing. Some of these players were training camp holdouts and some have been fighting injuries, but it’s still interesting to see the progress of these guys. However, I will tell you, the second half of their rookie season is more important than the first half, so don’t count any of these young prospects as “busts” just yet. I think it takes about three years to label a prospect with that tag. 1. Oakland Raiders: QB JaMarcus Russell, LSU Russell was a huge disappointment for a team still trying to find its identity with a young new coach. His lengthy holdout caused him missed all of training camp and he got way behind on learning the offense and subsequently hasn’t stepped onto the field yet. The Raiders quarterback situation got so bad they were forced to sign Dante Culpepper. Russell still might be a great quarterback in the future, but he definitely didn’t get off to a good start. 2. Detroit Lions: WR Calvin Johnson, Georgia Tech Johnson started out hot catching 2 touchdowns in his first two games, but since then hasn’t been back in the end zone. He has been a little bit of a disappointment. He missed the Chicago game with an injury and over all he has only caught 15 passes for 273 yards and two TDs. 3. Cleveland Browns: OT Joe Thomas, Wisconsin Thomas has been fantastic, starting every game at left tackle. With Derek Anderson’s excellent play at quarterback it’s hard to fault Cleveland for selecting Thomas. Young, franchise left tackles are hard to find and the Browns have one in Thomas. 4. Tampa Bay Bucs: DE Gaines Adams, Clemson Adams definitely hasn’t played up to his potential yet. He has played some in every game in the defensive line rotation, but hasn’t been able to beat out Greg Spires or Kevin Carter in the starting lineup. He has only recorded 16 tackles and 1.5 sacks to date. 5. Arizona Cardinals: OT Levi Brown, Penn State Brown was drafted a little earlier than anticipated and unfortunately was one of the last five rookies signed. This is what Arizona general manager Rod Graves said about his holdout, "We were a bit frustrated by the amount of time it took and didn't think it had to take this long." Brown then missed a few games with an ankle injury, but he has started the last four games at right tackle and looked solid in those games. 6. Washington Redskins: SS LaRon Landry, LSU Landry has been very solid; Sean Taylor was moved to free safety to allow Landry to play strong safety. He has started every game and recorded 50 total tackles so far. He had his best game last week against New England where he recorded 11 solo tackles. 7. Minnesota Vikings: RB Adrian Peterson, Oklahoma All I can say is wow! Every time he gets the ball everybody holds their breath, he has the speed to take every carry to the end zone. His combination of power and speed hasn’t been seen since Bo Jackson. If he stays healthy, which is a big “if”, with his aggressive running style, he should easily win offensive rookie of the year honors this year. In week 6 against Chicago he ran for an amazing 224 yards and 3 TDs, (breaking a rookie record) and on the season he has 128 carries for 740 yards and 5 TDs. 8. Atlanta Falcons: DE Jamaal Anderson, Arkansas Right after the college season in which Anderson came to the NFL as only a junior, Anderson tore his hamstring, but he was a quick healer, went to the Falcons camp and has played in every game this season. Anderson had the unenviable task of trying to replace Patrick Kerney, who left as a free agent for Seattle in March. Through seven games the rookie has 19 tackles and one forced fumble, but has yet to record a sack. So far he has been only average, he should have stayed in school for his senior year. 9. Miami Dolphins: WR Ted Ginn Jr. Ohio State Ginn was drafted way early and has battled numerous nagging injuries. Thought of as a project at receiver because he was mostly a returner in college. Ginn hasn’t done much for the Dolphins this year catching only 7 passes for 141 yards and 1 TD, but he seems to be coming on as of late, he caught his first TD pass last week against the Giants and the week before against New England he had his best game of the season catching 3 passes for 37 yards. 10. Houston Texans: DT Omobi Okoye, Louisville This kid is special, and I mean kid, at 20 years old he is the youngest player in the NFL. He has played every game on the inside and has recorded four sacks already, that’s impressive for a defensive tackle, especially for a 20 year old rookie. 11. San Francisco 49ers: Patrick Willis, Mississippi Willis has been spectacular. In the preseason I predicted he would win the defensive rookie of the year honors and it looks like I will be correct. He is all over the field and has already recorded 73 total tackles, that puts him on pace to accumulate 173 tackles by the end of the year! He might even make the Pro Bowl. 12. Buffalo Bills: Marshawn Lynch, California Drafted to be the franchise back for the Bills, he has started every game and been solid, but nothing special. He has carried the load with 138 carries for 547 yards and 4 TDs. However his 3.6 yards per carry average is mediocre. 13. St. Louis Rams: DE Adam Carriker, Nebraska The Rams moved Adam to defensive tackle, which I think is a huge mistake. Yes he has the size for it at 296 pounds, but his 6’ 6” tall frame and outstanding quickness enables him to play defensive end more effectively, which by the way, was his natural position in college. He hasn’t done much statistics wise on the inside with only 14 tackles and 1 sack, but stats don’t tell the entire story for defensive tackles that often times occupy dual blockers to enable linebackers to make the tackle. 14. Jets (from Panthers): CB Darrelle Revis, Pittsburgh Beat out Andre Dyson and has started every game at corner. Revis has struggled at times, as most rookie corners do, but overall he shows good promise for the future. He has recorded 54 tackles and one interception. 15. Pittsburgh Steelers: LB Lawrence Timmons, Florida State Not good, hasn’t seen the field much and has only recorded 6 total tackles all year. He missed most of training camp with a groin injury. The Steelers second round pick LaMarr Woodley has been much more impressive. 16. Green Bay Packers: DT Justin Harrell, Tennessee What a huge disappointment, Harrell has been inactive 5 out of 7 games. His rookie year is looking like a lost cause, but remember, he missed all of his senior year at Tennessee with a serious leg injury, so it might take him a couple years to get his act together. 17. Broncos (from Jags): DE Jarvis Moss, Florida Not what the Broncos had hoped for. Moss suffered an ankle injury in camp which slowed his development, and then he came back and was working his way back in the lineup recording 12 tackles and 1 sack. But then, bam, on November 1st Moss suffered a season-ending injury in practice. He broke his right fibula and suffered torn ligaments in his right ankle and was subsequently placed on season ending IR. 18. Cincinnati Bengals: CB Leon Hall, Michigan Hall has been one of the better rookies of this draft class so far. He has been fighting for playing time behind Jonathan Joseph and Deltha O’Neil, but he has played in every game recording 19 tackles and 2 interceptions. 19. Tennessee Titans: S Michael Griffin, Texas Griffin was moved to cornerback, which I don’t think is his best position. He was behind Cortland Finnegan on the depth chart until recently. He seems to be coming on as of late, in his last two games he recorded nine tackle, but in his first six games he only recorded two tackles combined. The Titans should draft a cornerback in the 2008 NFL Draft and move Griffin back to his more natural safety spot. 20. New York Giants: CB Aaron Ross, Texas Ross has been phenomenal; he and Patrick Willis will battle it out for defensive rookie of the year honors. Ross has had impressive production for a rookie corner with 23 tackles, 1.5 sacks and 3 interceptions. He looks like the steal of this draft so far. 21. Jacksonville Jaguars: FS Reggie Nelson, Florida Nelson is a very impressive rookie. He has started every game at free safety and has played very well recording 28 tackles, 1 sack and 2 interceptions. In my opinion, If Nelson wouldn’t have been selected here, Dallas would have taken him and not traded their pick to the Browns. 22. Browns (from Cowboys): QB Brady Quinn, Notre Dame Looked good in the pre-season, but that doesn’t mean a darn thing. The people clamoring to insert Quinn over Derek Anderson are crazy. Anderson is playing very well, leave him in, there is no guarantee Quinn will even be a good quarterback in the NFL. There is no sense in rushing Quinn into the starting lineup. 23. Kansas City Chiefs: WR Dwayne Bowe, LSU Started off very slow due to a lengthy holdout, but has had solid rookie numbers with 29 receptions for 499 yards and 3 TDs. Against San Diego in week 4 he had a break out performance with an impressive 8 catches for 164 yards and 1 TD. He looks like the real deal. 24. New England: S Brandon Meriweather, Miami (Fl) Moved to cornerback and stuck behind Ellis Hobbs, Meriweather was obviously drafted for the future. He hasn’t played much except in the nickel, recording 15 total tackles to date. 25. Carolina Panthers: LB Jon Beason, Miami (Fl) I missed on this one, at 6’ 0” 237 pounds and running poor at the combine, he looked to small and slow to me, but he is obviously a football player. Beason is having a decent rookie season at middle linebacker. I am not trying to put him in the hall of fame or anything, but he has recorded 50 solo tackles this year. 26. Dallas (from the Eagles): DE Anthony Spencer, Purdue Spencer was thrust into the starting lineup due to Greg Ellis’s slow recovery from his Achilles injury. He has flashed some big time skills rushing the passer. He has had to learn a new position going from defensive end to outside linebacker, but he is the real deal. His stats aren’t very impressive with only 20 tackles and 1 sack, but he has pressured the quarterback numerous times and played solid run defense. The Dallas Cowboys have really invested in their linebackers, Greg Ellis, Bobby Carpenter, DeMarcus Ware and Anthony Spencer are all first round NFL Draft picks. 27. New Orleans Saints: WR Robert Meachem, Tennessee Meachem was one of my favorite offensive prospects in this draft and he has really disappointed me so far. He showed up over weight and out of shape and missed time in the off season program and mini camps with a sprained ankle. Then in late June he had an arthroscopic procedure to clean out loose cartilage and repair his medial meniscus on his right knee. Remember, Meachem had surgery on the same knee in 2003, when he sat out a season as a medical redshirt for Tennessee. He has yet to play this season. 28. 49ers (from Pats): OT Joe Staley, Central Michigan Staley has started every game at right tackle and has struggled at times. He looks a little stiff and has had trouble with speed rushers; however I think he has played better than left tackle Jonas Jennings, but that’s not saying much. 29. Baltimore Ravens: OG Ben Grubbs, Auburn Grubbs has been solid, he beat out Chris Chester at right guard. Grubbs is a promising young talent and a good selection for the Ravens. 30. San Diego Chargers: WR Craig Davis, LSU This was a horrible pick in my opinion. Davis has been battling a sprained ankle and has only caught 9 passes for 84 yards and 1 TD for the entire season. 31. Chicago Bears: TE Greg Olsen, Miami Olsen missed the first two games of the season with a sprained knee and since his return has been sharing time with Desmond Clark, but recently he has flashed some excellent skills, in his last four games he has caught 15 passes for 4 TDs. For the season he has 21 receptions for 255 yards and 2 TDs. Greg Olsen is one of the fastest tight ends in the NFL, he ran his 40 yard dash at the 2007 NFL Scouting Combine at 4.45 seconds. 32. Indianapolis Colts: WR Anthony Gonzalez, Ohio State Gonzo is in the perfect position, he can learn behind Reggie Wayne and Marvin Harrison. I look for Gonzo to be a future star for the Colts. He might get his first start this weekend in the huge undefeated showdown with the Patriots as Marvin Harrison is injured and might not play. Gonzo has 14 catches for 194 yards and zero TDs to date.

Small School Studs for the 2008 NFL Draft
11.23.07 (7:38 am)   [edit]
Every year a few small school prospects emerge into the national spotlight leading up to the Draft and this year is no different, in fact there will be some great small school prospects in the 2008 NFL Draft. By now everyone has heard the story about Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo coming from the small school ranks of Eastern Illinois. With so many NFL teams in desperate need of a quarterback there will be three small school quarterbacks that garner a lot of attention from NFL Scouts: Joe Flacco from Delaware, Ricky Santos from New Hampshire, and last but not least, Josh Johnson from San Diego. Those three prospects are legitimate NFL prospects and with patience and good coaching, could emerge into quality NFL starters. Of course everyone wants to focus on quarterbacks and with those three talented quarterbacks, there is a lot to talk about, but for this post I want to write about three other small school prospects that look to have bright future in the NFL. Wide Receiver Bruce Hocker from Duquesne has a lot of NFL Scouts' attention. He is the complete package with butter soft hands, nice size at 6' 3" 206 pounds and decent speed, he has been clocked as fast as 4.44 in the forty. After breaking his collar bone as a sophomore he came back strong last season as a junior (2006) and accumulated 1,070 receiving yards with 16 touchdowns. This year as a senior (2007) he has seen almost constant double teams, but after playing nine games, with one left to play, he has made 48 receptions for 625 yards and 8 touchdowns. Defensive End Rudolph (Rudie) Hardie from Howard University is a little known defender with a vast amount of talent. He often gets over looked by NFL scouts because he is a little short at 6' 1" tall, but at close to 280 pounds he is rock solid and strong as an ox. Hardie is also very quick off the ball and has been hugely productive on the football field. Hardie is currently ranked 2nd in the FCS (1AA) with 22.5 tackles for a loss and ranked 5th in sacks with 10. Hardie might be a late round steal in the 2008 NFL Draft. He has been clocked as fast as 4.67 seconds in he forty. That's pretty quick for a man of his size. Cornerback Dominique Rogers-Cromartie from Tennessee State has already received a lot of national press and it looks like it has been for good reason. Quite often these uber talented defensive backs get over looked because they don't put up very lofty statistics. Defensive coordinators find out about these guys and they formulate their game plans to avoid them. To make a long story short, they just don't get many balls thrown their way because they have their man covered so well. Cromartie has been able to make the most out of his touches however, especially recently. He has two interceptions in his last three games and amazingly he returned both back for touchdowns, one for 69 yards and one for 71 yards. He has also returned 28 kick-offs for 635 yards, blocked four kicks and defended 11 passes. Cromartie has the potential to even be drafted on the first day of the 2008 NFL Draft, and that is saying a lot with the new changes to the draft, as the first day will only include the first two rounds.

XML Error
11.23.07 (7:37 am)   [edit]
Causes and Solutions The feed contains invalid XML data: Go to FeedValidator.org and enter the URL of the feed to check whether it is valid. If it is not, contact the publisher and let them know that their feed is invalid. Be sure to send them to the feed validator to help them figure out how to fix it. The URL you gave to CaRP doesn't point to an RSS feed: Beginning with version 3.6.2, if this is the case, the error message will usually mention something about the format of the document after the line number on which the error occurred. Load the URL in your web browser and see whether what comes up is an RSS feed or not. [Version < v3.6, CaRP Free, or any CaRP version on a server that doesn't support iconv] The feed uses an encoding that PHP's XML parser doesn't support: The encoding of a feed is usually indicated in the first line of the raw source of the feed (look for "charset"). If you are using CaRP Koi and CaRP Evolution version 3.5.7 - 3.5.11, use the Transcode script which is bundled with them to transcode the feed to UTF-8 (usually--or ISO-8859-1 in rare cases). (CaRP Koi and Evolution 3.6 and higher have transcoder functionality built in). Test whether CaRP Koi or Evolution can display the feed. You indicated an incorrect encoding in the "encodingin" setting: Verify the encoding of the feed and set the value correctly. The feed indicated an incorrect encoding on its first line: [CaRP Koi or Evolution version 3.6 or later] Find out the actual encoding and specify it in the "encodingin" setting. Social Networking Sites:
11.23.07 (7:34 am)   [edit]
In the meantime, I have added a couple of other marketing methods to my marketing arsenal. The first one, which I believe I have discussed before is participating in some social networking sites. I think I am participating in maybe six or seven; Facebook, Yuwie, del.icio.us, to name of few. I think I will include the urls to them on my both my blogs on my next update. I have forgotten all of the urls. I have them written down, but I don’t have the time to look for all of them at this time. It is already after 8:00 pm and I must prepare for work tomorrow and get to bed early enough so that I can get up early for work tomorrow. I have also started sending invites to new people who sign up in AdlandPro and DirectMatches. This is a technique I learned from one of the members in Purple Cowboy Marketing during one of our focus group trainings sessions.

New Arsenal Added to My Marketing Strategy
11.23.07 (7:33 am)   [edit]
This week has been the busiest week in my business since starting in August of this year. First, I have continued to do the usual. I am still posting to forums and blogging. I have not been submitting articles to directories because the company I used to write the articles for me wanted more money and my budget cannot accommodate the cost, so I canceled my subscription. I am currently looking for another company that will write articles for me. I chose to do this because I have very little time in my schedule to write my own articles. I have been writing the content for my blogs, which takes a bit of time out of my Sunday’s; the day I update my blog. But with working a full time job, running my work at home business, taking care of a home, among other things, I have absolutely no time. But, I do recognize the importance in this marketing method, so I do not intend to completely stop, but just put things on hold for now until I find another company.

Google Street View sparks privacy fears in Oz
11.23.07 (7:31 am)   [edit]
Australian privacy laws are tighter than in the US, and Google Australia’s Rob Shilkin, Head of Corporate Communications, was quick to stress that they would be making every effort to ensure there would be no privacy transgressions. “We’re giving very considerable thought to how best to safeguard Australians’ privacy, including consulting experts and community groups, while enabling all Australians to benefit from this new feature,” said Mr Shilkin. He also added that Google were working to make sure that individuals’ faces and licence plate numbers would be obscured in pictures taken in Australia. The images will be collected via 360° cameras mounted on a fleet of specially adapted Google cars that will be touring Australian cities this summer. The photos will then be processed before appearing online late next year. One observer who will be checking that Google fully comply with Australian privacy laws will be David Vaile, executive driector of the Cyberspace Law and Policy Centre at the University of New South Wales. “The gold standard from something like this would be a public privacy impact assessment that occurs before they are locked in,” said Mr Vaile. “… with a commitment to comply fully with Australian law and legal protections [and] without seeking to use their corporate structure to escape through jurisdictional tricks,” Others are more receptive to Google’s plans, with estate agents, tourism operators and even geography teachers interested in taking advantage of the system. “[It] will help give people buying property a great feel for the local neighbourhoods and streets that they might be interested in,” commented Matthew Cooper, proprietor of Ray White Real Estate (Balmain). Google are also likely to face stiff opposition should they decide to roll-out Street View to Europe. European laws require express permission for the use of commercial snaps where individuals could be identified, which (unless Google’s photo cars intend to pull over every 50 yards to collect signatures) is likely to mean lengthy and expensive image processing

Copywriter Or A Content Writer: Who Are You?
11.23.07 (7:29 am)   [edit]
It’s sometime back when I joined some webmasters’ forums, as being a writer it’s very crucial for one to explore the arenas of Webmasters’ world not only because you learn a lot from there but there lies a good market as well. The market, however, largely depends on how you explore, what you come up with and how you manage to get into a specific market. I’ve been observing the Content areas of almost all forums and found a very interesting thing there both at buyers and writers’ end. A tread titled as “Looking For a Copywriter” when explored was requiring a writer to write some articles. Similarly a thread with the title “Experienced Copywriter For Hire” was telling the details of article writing services of the poster. This is what made me curious to explore more and more, and the statistics I’ve come up with state that out of 10 threads with ‘copywriting’ in their title 9 were about content writing. I agree, most of the webmasters do not know the difference between two types of writings but why don’t such writers. Forums’ markets for article writers is very well known for $0.01/word article and some writers even charge less than a cent. So if you’re looking for the reason why forums are such low paying writers’ markets, you won’t find a reason better than the one mentioned above. Just curious to know, are you a content writer or a copywriter?

Events on March
11.23.07 (7:25 am)   [edit]
March is the third month of the year in the Gregorian Calendar and one of seven Gregorian months with the length of 31 days. In ancient Rome, March was called Martius, so named after Mars, the Roman god of war. Last March 2, we did finish our on-the-job training. I completed 136.55 hrs instead of completing 120 hrs only and each hour is very remarkable. I didn't expect the possible things I may encounter and experience due of taking my OJT at I.T. Department in our school. I learned so much and these lessons will remain useful until I found a better job someday. PC assembly, trouble shooting, maintenance and networking are the fields I have been exposed. After that we are busy for fitting TOGA. March 16 is our pictorial for graduating students and I'm so excited to have a great shot. But I was disappointed when I saw my images at the computer, my shots was so stupid. I hope the editor will make it better. After the pictorial my classmates did treat us to CHOWKING, as their advance birthday blowouts. March 15, 16 and 17 are the days of our Midterm Examinations. March 26, we take pictures at I.T. Department for the completion of our requirements in OJT. March 27, the submission of final requirements of the graduating students for OJT. And March 29, 30 and 31 are the days of Final Examinations for the graduating students like me. Well good luck for us and we hope we did pass all our subjects.

Bruce writes so cinematically. I was listening to Devils & Dust this morning and i swear The Hitter should be made in to a movie. One of the new options on this thing when i log in tells me how many visits i've had. I've had almost 11,000 visits which makes me giggle because i'm not that interesting. Who's reading this? It's funny really because i never have anything intelligent or interesting to say. Tragedy has struck me once again well not really but the Dish people came out this morning to figure out why the receiver has been acting up and they said it's some sort of software problem and they're going to send a new one. So basically i'm losing 200 hours of recorded movies,tv shows and music videos which pisses me off because most of the stuff on there is rare stuff that doesn't come on all the time. A few of the movies i've recorded from Turner Classic Movies aren't even out on DVD or VHS. I'm watching this Documentary on Greta Garbo, she fascinates me. Physically she reminds me of Kathrin. They both have that same gorgeous profile. Why oh why was i born with a round pumpkin head? I've been reading (Well looking at actually) Oscar Niemeyer:Houses, and Barbara Thornburg's LA Lofts. I love how creative people can be with their living spaces. Of course if i ever won the national lottery and had unlimited funds the house i'd want for myself would be really outrageous because i like so many different things all at the same time.

My Poor iPod
11.23.07 (7:15 am)   [edit]
after almost two years of daily use my beloved iPod mini started to die after only playing a few songs. that aggrivated me as i could remember the day of ten hour constant play with the backlight on, and even with using Apple's battery conservation methods, no backlight and such it was dying after two songs so i shimmied over to my friends at an Apple forum where i found out that this happens to everyone with one sooner or later. something about the battery losing its juice or something after 500 charge cycles. so it came time to buy a new battery. my Dad got the kit for me since i already know how to change the battery in the mini's, i did the neighbor's because she has unsteady hands and didnt want to take it upon herself and screw something up. well my Dad took it upon himself and the directions stated to pull this connector thing out with the tip of the screwdriver and he pulled too hard and broke this connector thingy and now my iPod won't work. it has a new battery but that hardly matters since i can no longer play music on it. the connector thing he broke was for the click wheel so now i need to replace it. i don't want a Nano, or even a full size one, i want my mini fixed!

Doors ,solicators and other s!!!
11.23.07 (7:14 am)   [edit]
i have one of those apple peel masks on my face right now so it feels weird. i feel kind of bad saying this, but i'm sick of these random non neighbors coming in to the neighborhood and selling magazines. they're all college age kids trying to sell subscriptions for magazines, and i guess they get points toward different vacations with every subscription they sell or something. i've had about 10 guys show up in the last two months, and they're not even nice, they're complete pushy arrogant assholes who won't take no for an answer. they even have the nerve to say things like "well even though you already have a subscription can't you just buy a magazine you won't even read?" what the hell kind of thing is that to say to someone? the guy today was a complete jerk, he just kept going on and on, trying to make conversation despite a constant firm NO. i get enough magazines already, they're a guilty pleasure of mine. i like getting magazines from hearst because every year during renewal time they send me an email and if i renew or subscribe to another magazine they publish, it's only $5 for the entire year per subscription. so why would i want to pay $18 per subscription for something i don't like or don't want, so some guy who was a complete jerk/pressure salesman can party in cabo. i'm looking at scrapbooking stuff right now. i've been talking about that disaster area i call my bedroom for years now, and how i want to organize everything. everytime i start on it, i find things i've forgotten about, or things that i've been looking for and it all just makes a bigger mess. i have alot of paper objects, notes, cards, ticket stubs from movies that have touched me, just random paper things that only make sense to me and i'd like to put them all together somehow, i keep finding these kits, but they all have weird tutorials and "how it should look" type of things and that bothers me because i think it disturbs the creative process of it all. or maybe i'm just reading too much in to it. time to peel this stuff off my face.

11.23.07 (7:12 am)   [edit]
I haven't updated in a while i wish i had some deep meaningful things to put in here at the moment but i don't so... I have the great pleasure of going in for another stomach thing this week. Apparently i get to drink this disgusting liquid it all sounds like so much fun i can hardly wait! I keep flipping through this Seventeen Magazine Cookbook from 1964 and i think i'm going to try some of these cookie recipies for fun. Some of the recipes and meal suggestions are truly hilarious. It makes me go "EEWW Did people really eat this?" Bad news about the Hello Kitty tv. I can't remember if i posted about it or not in here but incase i didn't basically it arrived broken. The tv works perfectly, but for some reason the dvd player portion of it works and the whole point of getting in the first place was the fact that it's a tv/dvd combo. As usual my Dad sat on the issue and didn't take it back within 30 days, and the manufacturer wants $75 just to send it them, and another $150 for repair so then we tried taking it to local places to get it repaired and six different places wouldn't even touch it so now i have to get a stand alone dvd player for my bedroom which sucks but oh well. During another attempt to clean up and organize my bedroom (This has been going on for 4 years) i came across all these old notes from schoolfriends and stuff like that, I'd really like to put them in a scrapbook or something but these scrapbooking sites i find are so weird and military-like. They all think there's a formula for everything, perfect borders blah blah and that sort of robs my creativity and makes me not want to do it so now i don't know what i'm going to do with it all, i just know i don't like it all sitting in shoeboxes and random notebooks. I did play around with the silly Juicy scrapbook my Aunt got me several months ago. I put some notes i got years ago from Kathrin in it, and this picture of Alice with a santa hat on that's so incredibly cute. I think she's the most photogenic cat in the world. I'm currently hooked on yet another ridiculous reality show that only people with no life whatsoever (me) would watch. So i called the Amazon.de people to find out if Sarah & Marc In Love is on DVD because i had problems getting their page to load. It was amusing experience. I was just talking away with the woman there, and after a few minutes she starts telling me about her English boyfriend, and how her english isn't very good and wanted me to tell her how to say "I'm leaving you" in english. I don't know why it amused me so much. Oh, and thanks to Inkspector i think there needs to be a petition or something to put Room 222 on DVD. I bought a few episodes off of Ebay and now i'm hooked, i want to see more.

Such A Lame Dunderhead
11.23.07 (7:08 am)   [edit]
Last July 15 (Sunday) I lost my handy bag. Inside of it are my precious things, means "Sentimental Value" of mine. These are my MP4 which my Daddy's graduation gift for me last May, black earphone Phillips which my earned money used to buy this stuff, my colored maroon notebook (my notes in CCNA), Mommy's umbrella, 2 Dong-A sign pens, my eyeglass case, and pocket tissue. No marks of the crime. I have no any idea who's behind of this, especially the incident was happened in my room. Actually it's not my fault. I'm not a kind of person who are impetuous towards on my own things. I just put my handy bag on usual place, on my bed after use. It almost turned me crazy searching on it and thinking who will be the one who did this to me. Maybe a stupid ghost??? Such a lame idea. My parents, 2 brothers, my relatives and the housekeeper found not guilty. They help me to search my things when the time I was in panic. As of now, I divulged and realized that those stuffs are really not for me. There are reasons and I know it's God's will. I hope who did this to me will realize that he/she really did a very bad mistake. I really trust people who are close to me especially my parents. And I believe in KARMA. I lifted up to God all my problems and he's the one who knows what really happened to me on that day.

Why i am crazy?
11.23.07 (7:06 am)   [edit]
Being emotional really distracts my days. I didn't know why it always triggering me. In fact, I did my best to be calm and hold myself. But when this attitude always comes out, I can't hold it. That's why depressions and loneliness cover me and when I want to give up, my eyes shed tears on my cheeks. My feelings sometimes very sensitive, though we know a true man don't act like the way I am. That's not true! A real man sometimes shows sensitivity as well as they cry but they don't show it in public unless to the close people or person, I know you know the reason behind of it. When I get hurt, I hold it for a moment. But when I feel it's too much, I didn't talk but I'll just walk out. Just to show them I am mad. Why I'm so lame?! My mind always playing and flying anywhere. I can't concentrate and focus myself to the things I want to do. I am always mixed with different emotions... I'm happy, sad, mad, cuddly, stupid etc. blah blah blah. It might be the symptoms of going crazy?! Maybe I'm just confused. I love everybody! Those people who shows true love, true care and true sincerity. But my attention is always focusing to one person. I have no any idea behind the beautiful pictures of every single day. The feelings of being comfortable sometimes exchange into despair. Doubts and insecurities touch my mind and my heart, the negative sights whirling on my head. The heat of anger and unrecognizable pain grab my soul. The revelation of lies makes me sick. The pretending motivation kills me. The things between us are getting rough. The pure light turns to gray. The blessed harmony became poisonous and deadly. What now?! Nobody can cure my wounds but maybe can touch my heart. I lift up to Lord God my corrupted heart and soul. Forgive me for being voracious and my selfishness.I didn't mean to hurt anybody. Instead you blame me, hope you understand me.

Nawab Akbar Bugti, the chieftain of the Bugti tribe, has been killed in fighting with government forces in his hideout. From some unknown source i came to know that 21 elite commandos and 37 militants were killed in fighting on the border of Dera Bugti and Kohlu districts. Six officers were among the 21 security force personnel killed.British-educated tribal leader Bugti, who was in his 80s losed his hold on dera bugti since the start of this year!!!. Bugti had become increasingly isolated during the months he spent in his cave, which was accessible only by a lengthy journey on camels across the wilds of desolate Balochistan.Muhammad Saleh Zaafir adds: Akbar Bugti’s grandson Barahamdagh Bugt has also been kikked while this operation. This operation was under the supervision of Major-General Shujaat Zamir Dar, Inspector-General Frontier Constabulary.well i'll be posting in this topic later on soo come back soon!

UK terror plot (plot to blow up 9 aircrafts in london)
11.23.07 (6:58 am)   [edit]
once again after the 9/11 the terrorist ploted an other mission to blow up at least 9 aircrafts.I came to know from some source that the explosive chemical was found from those plane which would go to us.It was a very large mission as compared to 9/11 but the British forces came to know about the plot and put high security in airport...infact the spying agency of british have been spying the connected peoples since the couple of days.23 pepole were first held but after the investigation one became free.Pakistani government is doing their best to arrest the connected people in this baseless plot.I too hate terrorism but the solution of terrorism is not war but need some desent talk.If their is any suspition on pakistan, afghanistan or whatever the country is! then we have to find the real culprit and not killing the innocent childern as the case with lebnon

Ten killed in Uttar Pradesh(INDIA) serial blasts on 23/11
11.23.07 (6:57 am)   [edit]
Serial blasts today rocked three cities of Uttar Pradesh killing ten people, including two lawyers, in Faizabad and Varanasi while injuring two in state capital in explosions triggered by terrorists apparently targeting lawyers. The blasts, which took place between 1300 and 1330 hours, claimed five lives in Faizabad and four in Varanasi. In both the places the dead included one lawyer each. Five people were killed in Faizabad town adjoining Ayodhya while an equal number died in two blasts that rocked the collectorate complex housing lower courts in the holy town of Varanasi. Superintendent of Police (City) in Varanasi Rajeev Malhotra said 20 people were also injured. Four of the dead in Varanasi were identified as Bodh Raj Verma (advocate), Yagya Narain Singh, Moolchand Singh and a 11-year-old boy Sanjeev Kumar. Two seriously injured persons in Faizabad have been rushed to King George Medical College hospital in Lucknow for treatment, District Magistrate Anil Garg said. In all about 25 people were injured in Faizabad. The blasts came a week after the Uttar Pradesh police along with central security agencies busted a Jaish-e-Mohammed module who wanted to target Rahul Gandhi. Lawyers had thrashed the three JeM militants when they were being produced before a court here. Police believe the lawyers were targeted because they refused to appear in cases where suspected militants arrested. Union home ministry got in touch with the state authorities to have first-hand information about the situation in the state.
